You are solely responsible for keeping your zara4d account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. zara4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a password that was shared or compromised on your end. You agree to use the zara4d platform in a manner that is respectful towards other members and our team. Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other members via live chat or any other communication channel will not be tolerated and may result in account closure.
You may close your zara4d account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be returned to you within 5 business days, subject to any active bonus conditions.

Zara4d's liability in respect of any individual claim — under any circumstances — is limited to the net deposit amount made by the member in question within the 12 months preceding that claim. zara4d will not be liable for any indirect losses, missed profits, or other consequential damages.
